 | Block Party Special events include festivals, block parties, and mobile events. A Block Party is an event for residents of one block and their guests. It is not open to the general public. A maximum of 200 people are allowed and it must end by 9:00 p.m. Block parties can only be held on residential streets where there is no bus route. Street closure does not include any intersections. Sale of food or alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Block Party Application |
